The Journey We Planned
Day 1 - Nairobi to Masai Mara
When you arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met and driven to Wilson Airport for your flight to Masai Mara. The flight takes around 45 minutes, and you fly over the scenically beautiful Great Rift Valley. On arrival in the Masai Mara, you will be met at the airstrip and driven the short distance to camp. Have lunch in camp, then head out for afternoon game drive to explore the surrounding wilderness. Return to camp for pre-dinner drinks around the campfire, dinner and overnight.

Day 2 - Masai Mara Game Reserve
Arise early each morning to make the most of your spectacular location. Each day will offer you the option of three game drives within the Mara National Reserve, immersing yourself in this rich wildlife destination.
Depending on what you feel like, we have a range of activities to keep you occupied. Alternatively, you can simply sit back and enjoy the wildlife interaction taking place in front of your tent – or even book yourself in for one of our safari spa treatments.
Day 3 - Masai Mara Game Reserve
For a particularly memorable and unforgettable experience, enjoy a surreal journey in a hot air balloon over the Masai Mara plains ending with a delicious, cooked breakfast, complete with bubbles, wherever you land! Please note that this is an additional cost.
Day 4 - Masai Mara to Diani Airport
Take a flight from the Masai Mara over to Kinondo Kwetu in Diani beach, the hotel is situated at the far end of the remote Galu Beach, south of Diani beach. The nearest hotel is 2 km away and therefore the beach is very private. Lay down on a sun bed and admire the vast ocean or grab one of our foldable beach chairs and sit with your feet in the incoming tide.

Day 5 – Diani beach – Kinondo Kwetu
At Kinondo Kwetu you can find a wide range of different activities for all ages, if you like. But it is perfectly fine to just lay on a sunbed all day.

There is a range of activities to do in Diani beach. Cultural visits to Kinondo village & Kinondo Kwetu Community works • Golf • Game drives within Shimba Hills National • Shopping sight-seeing trips to Mombasa.
