The Journey We Planned
Day 1
On your arrival at Cape Town airport, you will be met by a Licence to Travel representative and transferred to your hotel. Day at leisure.
Day 2
After an early breakfast you will go on a Full day Cape Peninsula Tour to view some of the most beautiful coastal views in the world. Enjoy a Seal Island cruise and visit Boulders Beach and the penguins. Dinner at hotel.
Day 3
Today after breakfast you will be taken to the lower cableway station on the slopes of Table Mountain to ascend the mountain by aerial cable car. You will then depart for a Cape Town city tour and head down to the Malay Quarter for a Bo-Kaap visit.
Day 4
After breakfast you will go on a Cape Town City Tour and visit Robben Island. You will see all the historic sites around the island and take a tour of the prison. In the afternoon you will visit Two Oceans Aquarium.
Day 5
Today after breakfast you will depart for the Winelands. The drive today will include the country’s best wine routes of Paarl, Stellenbosch and Franschoek. Enjoy a cheese and wine pairing for lunch.
Day 6
Depart for the Garden Route after breakfast. Enjoy the scenic drive. You will stop in Mosselbay where you will visit the Diaz Museum and post a letter to family under the 500 year old Post office tree postbox.
Day 7
After an early breakfast you will drive on the Outeniqua Pass with its beautiful views and visit the Cango Caves and the Ostrich farm in Oudtshoorn where you will enjoy lunch. In the afternoon you will visit the Cango Wildlife ranch.
Day 8
After breakfast you will visit Knysna to enjoy a boat trip on the lagoon with lunch. You will visit the Knysna head lookout point with its magnificent views. Visit the local Community and discover how the townships started.
Day 9
Today after breakfast we depart for Port Elizabeth. On the way we will visit Birds of Eden and Tsitsikamma park with the Big Tree, an eight hundred year old Yellowwood, in the heart of the forest.
Day 10
Today after breakfast you will go to Pumba Private Game Reserve for a morning game drive and lunch. After lunch you will be taken to Addo Ellephant Park where you will have a guided tour.
Day 11
After breakfast you will be transferred to Port Elizabeth airport for your flight to Johannesburg. In Johannesburg you will be transferred to your hotel via a Johannesburg City tour. Afternoon at leisure.
Day 12
Today after breakfast you will be transferred to one of Africa’s premier vacation destinations, Sun City Resort. Upon your arrival and check in, you will have the rest of the day at leisure to explore the resort.
Day 13
After breakfast you will go on a game drive in the picturesque Pilansberg National Park. Afternoon at leisure in Sun City Resort.
Day 14
After breakfast you wil be transferred to OR Tambo International airport for your flight back home.
